We are a father and son business that has relocated to the Lee County Florida area after running a successful home renovation company in Ontario Canada for the past five years and have been successfully renovating homes for over 30 years combined. We moved here as my wife was offered a position in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral areas to help visually impaired people with rehabilitation and life skills. We look forward to meeting you and appreciate you having us in to listen to your ideas and provide you with a quote.

I walked away from a very successful corporate career that I enjoyed to do what I love and am fortunate enough that my oldest son enjoys doing this just as much. We promised that if we ever had to sacrifice our customers satisfaction for profit, we would never have gone into this business. We provide a full consultation to explain available options so that you can choose the service that’s right for your home. We strive to meet your project's needs and save you the time and provide you a return on your investment! The best part of our business is how many of our past customers have become great friends. We even traveled to Italy with two of our pats customers now great fiends for our 50th and 60th birthdays, have BBQ get together s with others. Can you bill my home insurance?

We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.

What is included with your free repair estimate?

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date.
